About Me

Welcome! I’m Michelle, the face behind North Trak9 and I am truly humbled to have you here. My passion for empowering others and raising the bar runs deep, and helping others do the same lights me on fire. Trust me when I tell you that you will feel that fire in the most non-judgmental, authentic way. Our world has seen so many changes in the recent years and few would deny the new normal that exists. Evolution is necessary with change, however, navigation through transitions, be it in business or in life, can leave you feeling stuck. I’m a firm believer that knowledge is power and there is always room for growth. Knowledge of yourself and those around you is a true superpower and is one of many things that I will help you with as we pave a path forward to get you from where you are, to where you want to be. It is my sincere hope that I can help you in some way in your journey.
No virtue is a virtue on its own. Business and life are no exception. North Trak9 partners and guides you in both. Trak9 Performance is tailored for businesses and North Star Life Coaching for individuals, though growth in one sector is certain to translate to growth in the other.
To my core, I’ve always been a businesswoman. My entrepreneurship may have even gotten me into a bit of trouble in grade school. The other hats I proudly wear have shaped me into the whole person that I have grown to be. I am a boy mom and a dog mom, a wife to a successful executive, the daughter of two cancer warriors, and K9 handler to name a few. I’ve balanced multiple moves, career changes, and major life events - usually inconveniently at the same time.
Corporate America provided me with a wealth of experiences and knowledge. In 20 years, I have been exposed to many different cultures, leadership styles, and perspectives. Success and failure brought many lessons. I spent time as a people leader and an individual contributor. I engaged with high school dropouts and some of the most renowned doctors in the world.
I’ve witnessed transitions and experienced the challenges of them firsthand.
My level-up mentality has always been strong. Since I was a young child, challenging the status quo was in my DNA. Strategy, morals, competitiveness, grit, courage, and a healthy dose of realism took me quite far in life and in business. Then trauma hit from every angle. I had never experienced so many life altering and soul crushing things at the same time. I staved off crashing with every ounce of my strength, until it won. I hit rock bottom. And you know what I learned? Rock bottom teaches you lessons that mountaintops never will. It becomes a foundation for the next step of my life. Rock bottom had a way of bringing clarity to my purpose. For me, the clarity was a direct result of digging deep for years as I navigated through the trauma. Soul searching, learning, growing, and chasing my true calling have led me here today to fulfill my purpose in life.
My purpose is helping others and it would be my honor to help you or your business. Together, we will walk arm in arm to guide you from where you are now, to where you want to be tomorrow.

I see, very clearly, the struggle in our world. Everyone is rushing. Things are moving fast. You look for more, but doubt yourself. The hole in your cup grows bigger, but that is normal, right? This is a phase, isn’t it? We’re all waiting for Friday. Or summer. Or next year. Yet here we are, lost in the chaos of the day to day.
Start by starting.
Step one is saying yes. Saying yes to yourself or your business. Saying yes to your future.
Saying yes to what is possible.
