Oh, the ways to stay (or get) healthy.

The blogs are endless and the internet experts out there trying to sell you a one size fits all product are in every news feed you look at.

Except nothing is one size fits all. 

We are all different.  We have different genes, different deficiencies, different diets, and different habits.

The supplementation line up that works for your friend likely won’t be the same solution for you.

Now, I do have good news.  There are a few EASY things that you can do to vastly improve your health and give yourself a solid foundation.

Invest in a good hydrogen bottle.  As Gary Brecka says, the presence of oxygen is the absence of disease. You’re drinking water anyway, might as well be healing yourself in the process. My favorite bottle can be found here! And a more affordable option here!
